If you have any concerns regarding their ability to stick and/or leave residue on materials, please purchase a sample or small quantity to test yourself before placing a larger order.

MATERIALS
The Paper Face is made from natural agricultural waste fibre (home compostable) and the adhesive is a certified commercially compostable acrylic derived from 63% renewable resources (sugar based). This is ok for home composting, but may just take a little more time to break down.
The peel off Backing is glassine - silicone coated high grade paper. Please contact us and we can direct you to a recycling scheme for these.
EU: Certified compostable packaging is not classified as a permitted compostable format for e-commerce and mailing applications under the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), effective February 2028. Customers intending to use this product in EU markets should seek independent regulatory advice before doing so.
USA (California): From 30 June 2027, California's Assembly Bill 1201 (AB 1201) prohibits compostability and biodegradability claims — including certification marks — on poly mailers and garment bags sold in California. Better Packaging Co. accepts no liability for regulatory non-compliance arising from the use or distribution of this product in any US jurisdiction. Customers intending to sell or ship products to California or elsewhere in the US are strongly advised to seek independent legal advice before placing an order.
