Regulatory Compliance — EU Market

Where the purchaser places Better Packaging Co. products on the market in any European Union Member State, the purchaser accepts and acknowledges that they are the 'producer' of that packaging under Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation, PPWR) and are solely responsible for all obligations arising from that role, including but not limited to: registration in applicable national producer registers; enrolment in and payment of fees to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) schemes; issuance of a Declaration of Conformity; and compliance with all applicable substance, recyclability, labelling, and minimisation requirements.

Better Packaging Co. makes no representation that its products meet all PPWR requirements for all applications or markets. Product-specific compliance documentation is available on request. It is the purchaser's responsibility to determine the suitability of any product for use in the EU market and to obtain independent legal advice regarding their specific obligations under PPWR.
